I've got drain fly larvae in the toilet it's disgusting. They're like little black worms. I've tried the baking soda and vinegar that Google recommended, Mr muscle drain stuff. Nothing is working. Guessing I now call a plumber? Has anyone managed to get rid of them without calling someone in?

Well if you put the baking soda and vinegar down together, then you've just given them some sodium ethanoate.

Try either separately or, if they're in the bowl, just bleach them.
