To expect all the cars who use my drive to turn around in, to have believed the Road Closed signs?

Thames Water are digging up most of our area, and for 2 weeks our road is closed.

So, every 5 minutes another car decides to pretend they are a resident and drive down, until they discover that it actually IS blocked, and so turn around in our drive - so lights shining in, dog barking etc etc.

It's quite funny though when 2 cars come down together as no room for them to turn

cant u put something in ur drive to stop them, maybe table and chairs whilst u sit with a glass of wine waving at each car in turn, followed by a snigger xxx

I did fancy leaving a few tyre puncturing articles around

They do look sheepish if they see us watching!

Definetly not! I used to live opposite a school and the amount of parents that would pull up on our drive because it was a very narrow road, to unload their kids was unbelievable!

Added in to it being narrow my brother went to special school so had a coach which would arrive as the school opposite was at the end of it's day, there were various school trips and swimming lessons returning oh and the best bit, my aunt was the furthest away (just outside the catchment area but they'd allowed my cousins in) at about 1 mile away and she walked!

I get quite cross sometimes with inconsiderate drivers thinking they can use other peoples drives.
