I'm trying to find a children's book but can't remember the title.
I read it to my son when he was little, 20 years ago but I don't think it was new.
The story.. A little boy and girl have a teddy bear that comes to life and causes mischief. Draws on the walls, floods the bathroom ect.
The boy and girl want to keep the bear, The ending said something along the lines of..
Tbe children asked the serious man in the serious hat..
Please Sir can we keep the bear?
And he said it's not up to me it's up to, you then got to the final page and the serious man had a pop out finger.
