I just think everything is a scam now.
I didn't get a notification on my windscreen and only a letter today saying I owe £170 out of the blue.
I rang and trace said that I couldn't appeal as it was too late, but this is the first notice I have had of it.
Baffling, I am happy to pay if it's true but it seems they should have put a notice on the car or do they not have to? Should they not have evidence from NCP as well?
