I'm not sleeping well -
Im on HRT for 4 months now
I started CPAP therapy for sleep apnea 7 months ago
I hoped these things would help
me sleep better ...
I recently got an Apple Watch and it shows that I'm waking up between 4 and 7 times a night on average sometimes as much as 10 times - most of these are short 1 minute wakes
But I also often wake up between 2 and 4am and stay awake for about 20- 40 minutes before I fall asleep again
I'm wondering to what extent these wakings are "normal"
I drink socially/occasionally - but can't se any direct correlation between nights when I've had a drink or not and how much I wake up ... I usually drink 1 coffee around 7am (I've cut back from 2-3)
