We are Scottish and supporting England. Watching from home with our kids (15 and 11). Got a few beers and irn brus in and some snacks.

England are doing very well, much better than the last match.

And England didn't disgrace themselves with a 2:1 finish

I don't think we'll win a trophy until everyone stops singing 3 Lions and shouting "It's coming home".

Ah I kinda expected we'd lose but so hard to see ds upset after all the excitement and hope he had that England would win. Unfortunately it's a feeling he will probably have to get used to in his lifetime being the huge football fam that he is but hopefully one day he will see us bring it home 🙏

Fun fact: Spain scored the second goal just as Rose let go of Jack's hand in Titanic over on channel 4.

England did brilliantly, I wish people wouldn't be so down about losing in a final. Spain have been fantastic all the way through. I've watched almost every match in this tournament and in that context England should be delighted with second place. Their first three matches were pretty dire. Great final.

We were outplayed and Spain deserved to win. So glad most of our players didn't take their medals off the second they were given a- it's so disrespectful.

Impressed most by Saka and Palmer. 8 year old DS loves Bellingham because he is a Jude!

I think I'd just about rather lose in 90 min than the agony of extra time and penalties...and still lose.
Gareth Southgate has got us to the final of the last 2 euros though, which is not insignificant.

Spain were the better team and have had a great tournament so no complaints with them winning.

Really proud of England’s performance, I thought they played well, got themselves back in it and made a game of it. Just a shame they couldn’t get a second when the momentum of with them.

Can I just say it is nice seeing Scots actually happy to support England or just be nice? All I have read is bordering on xenophobic abuse to England. Thankfully I know it is the minority but it must be so embarrassing for nice Scots.

Expected..they've won every game so far.Shame but you can't keep going a goal down and then start playing better.

Better then way then on penalties. Mean rather have won but not surprised or disappointed really because Spain were always fav to win against us and showed why

It was a great game, Spain were better and deserved to win, they've been the best throughout this.

I didn't think we would get thrashed like some thought we would. We are a bit too good for that.
