Is anyone else struggling to dress their babies for bed in this up and down weather?!

Last week during the hot spell, DD aged 1 bedroom was reading 27 so went to bed in a nappy and 1 tog sleeping bag (she will not settle unless in a bag).

Today after all of the rain it's reading 19 and I'm just constantly wondering at bedtime what I should put her in?! I can't keep up with this weather. Every day is different.

It's 19 at the moment but guessing it'll drop in the night (I keep 1 window slightly open in her room).

Would a babygrow and 1.5 tog sleeping bag be enough? She's not and never has been a hot or sweaty baby or do I scrap the babygrow and go long sleeve best and 1.5 tog sleeping bag?

It's doing my head in! And the health visitor telling me "cold babies cry hot babies die" when she was 3 weeks old has stuck with me.
