It used to be a good song but it's been so overplayed it's become unbearable. And with the extra "So Good" x 3 that seems to have become an official part of the lyrics over the years makes me want to tear my ears off.

Omg I totally agree. Going on a pilgrimage in a couple of weeks and it's one of the few songs the music group play. Along with country roads, and wonderwall. I can't bear any of them!

Right next to a pub that does karaoke every Saturday from 8pm to 12pm. It's usually played at least twice.

Laughing my head off at this as it's a conversation my friends and I were having this morning. I loathe this song with a passion, reminds me of hideous drunken family parties with XH.... It really grates on me, especially, as someone else mentioned above, the stupid additional "so good, so good" that's been added of late.

Ugh I live next to a rural pub that plays crappy live music. Wedding bands every week. I have to listen to Sweet Caroline, come on Eileen, 500 miles and stuff like the killers as well. It’s just so repetitive and boring . I hate wedding band music !
