ordered online 3 items 2 weeks ago- for my boys on holiday this and next week.
1 item arrived- by parcel post- no signature required- very dodgey i feel.
no emails.
nothing else.
so went on website- tracked order- 1 item 'on it's way'- 1 item out of stock.
NO EMAILS to advise me...so i emailed them-.... to request what date 2nd item despatched....
NO REPLY in 3 days
SH*T customer service.
so fed up.
total order was for £167---- so far recieved £55 of it- and the item supposedly on its way...is worth £70.
bought off ebay and play.com in the past and never had such hassle.
have cancelled 3rd item.
