Facebook blocking

Hi, petty post coming up.
I’m on Facebook and I’m friends with someone who is friends with someone else that I don’t get on with. I’ve blocked the latter. What I want to know is, If I post something and tag my friend will the person I don’t like see it? And if my friend tags me in a post would that be seen by the other person too? Even though I’ve blocked her?
Petty and maybe unreasonable I know but I feel I have good reason to not want her knowing what’s going on in my life. Thanks xx

I don’t think they’d see your post, but couldn’t be 100% on that.

If your friend posts something then they’ll see it if they are friends. They won’t see your names tagged, as that will be blocked, but they’ll see the post.

They will see your mutual friends post though. I can see things that my cousin posts when she tags my brother, but I don’t see the tag as I have him blocked.

I think my privacy is set to Friends but not Friends of Friends so that would stop anyone I had blocked seeing my posts.

If you tag someone it also depends on their settings.

Once you block someone they can't see a thing! Take it from me....I'm a serial blocker. Block my husband all the time when he's driving me nuts 😂.

They won't see your post. If youboth on a mutual friend's thread, they might see responses to you, which can make a thread look odd. Likewise, you won't see their posts, but might see replies to them. So you could see, "I remember that, blockedperson, great day," and you won't know what day is being referred to. Apart from things like that, you don't exist for each other on FB.

If you've blocked someone, they won't see anything you post and you won't see anything they post, even if they're a friend of a friend.
