Asda refunds

I've just been on phone to Asda as the app wouldn't let me amend my order. They advised I cancelled the order and re ordered. I did this but now can't make the order as I don't have much money in my account and they still have the money from the original order. Does anyone know how long it takes to refund?

Pretty sure it’s 5-7 days?

Oh no :( all I wanted to do was add something I had forgotten to my order. I didn't realise they took payment straight away. Always thought it was the might before. Nevemind. Will have to be food cupboard stuff for a few days!

I've just dropped off a returned for George at Asda and in the email , says money returned within ten days, not sure if the food shop is the same
