Marketplace problems

I recently sold my daughter’s old iPhone XR on Facebook marketplace. It was 4yrs old, in pristine condition, not so much as a scratch on it anywhere. I only upgraded as that’s what she wanted for her birthday and it coincided with exam results too.

Anyway, a lady came and bought it 9 days ago. She said it was for her daughter as hers had broken.

She's just messaged me tonight saying that there’s a problem with the phone and it needs a part replaced. She says she can’t hear calls unless on speaker. This 100% was not the case when we had it, it was pristine. She’s also saying they only started using the phone yesterday after having it over a week.

She’s basically accusing me of selling a faulty phone knowingly. I told her I’m sorry this has happened but she’s had it 9 days and it wasn’t faulty when I handed it over. I’m not a shop, she can’t expect a guarantee with a 4yr old phone.

AIBU to think that if her daughter’s phone was broken she would have given her the phone straight away 9 days ago and would have noticed it not working then?
