To constantly feel exhausted

Posting here for traffic.

I am constantly utterly exhausted. I work full time, have 2 kids, one with additional needs. They aren’t great sleepers. The weekends are a whirlwind of activities and playdates etc and I constantly just want to curl up and go to sleep.

I know this is quite normal but honestly I do find the tiredness to be debilitating. I find it hard to focus at work, can’t do lots of the things I enjoy like reading (i just nod off).

No health issues, have had bloods tested etc. Can’t reduce work for financial reasons. Do have help round the house. It’s just life is shattering having to be up at 5.30 every day to get SEN child ready, they don’t go down until 9, then i cook myself some food and crawl into bed at 10.

Anyways. Is there anything people can use to give themselves a boost? I have been diagnosed ADHD and the meds help with the sleepiness but I don’t like the other side effects. I love coffee but am a bit immune to it now. I tried those mushroom supplements from holland and barrets but they don’t seem effective. Anyone else used anything either over the counter or prescription to help with exhaustion?
