To find car seats incredibly uncomfortable whatever I do

How can people put up with them ? !!!!!

I find them uncomfortable, if I'm not driving I have a cushion I rest on my lap that I place my arms on, it helps.

Depends on the car. Dh car is like an armchair, my car it's a thing of torcher!

Hopefully its isnt something deeper like skolioses but you could try a high tech cushion LOL. May end up looking like an alien ...

I do have scoliosis, and we were going to get a specialist car seat fitted when we got our current car until I discovered that a cushion behind my back makes a huge difference. A much cheaper solution!

Some were clearly just modelled for goblin use. I test drove an Audi Q4 the other day & felt sick by the time I was 5 minutes up the road as the headrest pushed my head forward into a horrible angle, no matter how much I reclined (or didn't). I have a Volvo and it is like sitting on the world's most comfortable sofa. Sadly it has been driven to the moon & back and needs replacing.

Worst thing for me is the seatbelt. It just rides up over my chest and rubs against my neck. Constantly yanking it down. Drives me mad. The slidey thing on the door post is set to the lowest level but it still does it.
