I posted on chat but got no responses so thought this might be better….

Hi all, I wanted to come here and ask you knowable lot your best tips!

im trying to reduce our family upf consumption (which wasn’t awful, always cooked from scratch) and bonus if it’s eco friendly and trying to go more low tox on household items…..……but all with the catch that funds are limited, as is time (I’m self employed from home with a disabled ds, dh works ft in London) and without dh and dd accusing me of turning them into rabbits!

so I’m looking for a unicorn for so easy ‘swaps’
things I’ve done so far -
sunpat for 100% peanut butter
marg for block butter
instant coffee for ground
curry jars for spice paste and coco milk
household chemicals for white vinegar
normal bread for bakery sourdough

any other suggestions? TIA!

Hello!
How are you getting on?
I've decided to try and jump on the UPF-free train (or reduce them at least!)
I would say most of our dinners are UPF-free as we cook from scratch generally (not always!)
Will definitely need to work on breakfast and lunches though!
