To complain about the chair for my pedicure? Or am I being a princess?

Been to a very upmarket spa today and everything was wonderful and a real treat, except for a really odd experience with the pedicure.

When I’ve had one before there has been a raised reclining chair, in a designated area for this treatment , with the therapist on a special kind of straddle stool. At this place, I was taken into a normal treatment room and sat on a little chair in the corner, then the therapist really struggled to move the huge therapy bed a few feet across the room, enough to be able to get at my feet. She was hunched over on a fold up plastic step like builders use and had all the kit balanced on a tray on the edge of the bed, which she often struggled to access. She then had to keep lifting my feet on and off her knees.

The chair I was on was very low and had a back that was very narrow, bolt upright and shaped like a leaf. It was so uncomfortable that after about 15 minutes into a 60 minute treatment I asked if they had another chair I could use as it was hurting my back. They brought one from reception which was better, but I still had to sort of perch my bum on the edge and lean my head on the wall in the corner to get into any kind of relaxing position.

The therapist was fantastic and has done a great job. AIBU to complain about the seating provided for the treatment?

Yeah I've had that too.

Was a disappointment.

I assumed they all used special chairs.
