XL bully attacked 3 children

XL bully attacked three children and although owners now banned for 2 years the dog has not even been put down.

"difficult breed" = should not be kept as a domestic pet

He hasn't been out to sleep as there is contention as to whether he actually is an XL Bully.

Zeus is listed on court papers as an XL Bully but the court heard that he may be a different breed.

The dog was seized from the new owner and is still being held.

Poor dog, useless owners.

The new owner has agreed to the following restrictions rather than the dog being pts. Bizarrely the restrictions seem to be the normal requirements for an xl bully?!

"He agreed to having Zeus neutered and kept muzzled while in public.
The dog must also be walked on a lead no longer than 1.5 metres."

It states that in court docs the dog is referred to as an XL Bully, but the article states:

Zeus is listed on court papers as an XL Bully but the court heard that he may be a different breed.

So it may not even be an XL Bully.

Surely it doesn't matter the breed if it attacked 3 children?
