AIBU to expect to be able to do my divorce (UK) paperwork without a lawyer?

Hi, I’ve posted on the divorce threads. Here for traffic looking for assistance please as a litigant in person.
We have a conditional order for our divorce. We submitted form D81 and Form A alongside our financial agreement. Amicably agreed, recorded and witnessed. The court rejected the application stating that it wasn’t presented in the correct format / template. We are required to submit the details of our agreement in the form of a financial consent order. Is there a link to a template for this?
I have spoken with multiple lawyers who are all asking for fees of up to £2,500 to draft the information in the correct format.
This is frustrating as we don’t have that kind of money and we have already done all the work. Is anyone able to signpost me to the correct template for a financial order for UK courts? Just to clarify I am happy to pay but can’t pay that much. Thanks in advance
