AIBU to myself over stressing about the seating plan at the Taylor Swift Era's tour

I thought I would type this here purely because someone may actually know and its stressing me out really bad. We have tickets for the Wembley event and thought we had an unobstructed VIP ticket - There are no indications on the seating plans of any obstructions and the seats are advertised as the best views. However in the press for the Edinburgh event people are reporting that their VIP view was blocked by a tent with electrical equipment in it. I thought this would not affect me as the tents are shown on the seating plans for Edinburgh and there are none shown on the seating plans for Wembley. However none are shown on the seating plans for the Liverpool event either but drone shots clearly show these tents have been put up.

I have tried asking AXS if that despite being advertised as the best views are there any notes in my T&Cs for the tickets that my view may be obstructed but they wont answer the question.

Wembley will not engage in any conversation at all about seating.

I imagine on the day I would just have to ask to move but does anyone have any advice - I think I am just being really unreasonable to myself to worry at this stage to the extent that I am stressing.

I have attached a sample picture of what I am talking about.

I do wonder whether the vip tents will have disappeared for the August dates. It massively worked in my advantage though. We were in the same block as you were originally @Swiftie1989 having bought the tickets the day via a ticket master code the day before at £58. I was prepared to go and ask to be moved and would have if I’d paid £600 but we were delighted with that.

And ref booking and what the tickets say etc. I had them in my wallet on two phones. Weirdly one had no mention of restricted view- I definitely had that to hand in case of asking to be moved. Screenshot and save everything!

This issue is rife across the tour. A quick scroll of this X account https://x.com/tsblockedviews/status/1808086399674990989?s=46&t=WRZUte-fM26yrFycn1Rahw will give you a feel. It’s also been on the news. There are various groups on FB where this is discussed at length and you can find groups affected and advice on what to do on the night. How do we know which blocks were affected? We're 125 31.

If you take a look at the map in Ticketmaster, they have now updated it to show the obstacles. I think 125 row 31 is going to be Ok. Block 125 looks to be well in front of obstacles and between the main stage and diamond so probably some of the best seats. Assuming the map is correct of course.

I guess this is your block 125. Most action is between the diamond and stage. The acoustic section is on the T but opposite to where your are. I don’t think the tent to the right of your block will affect you as your row should easily enable you to see over it.

It's not good to read this thread, and it is about time we had a modern Consumer Act to stop rip-offs, extra charges (Ticketmaster are not alone) and even maybe a legal definition of what a VIP package is.

I know artists cannot make an income of note from record/CD/download sales, but this is no defence.
