Unfortunately I am back job hunting but I feel like she doesn’t listen to me, talks down to me and interrupts when I’m speaking and doesn’t let me finish. I’ve started a course that the Job Centre advertised and it seemed like she couldn’t care less. I also had an interview and she said on our next appointment we can discuss how it went, yet she completely forgot I’d even had one. She keeps asking me the same question even though I’ve told her on our last 3 meetings the answer. I thought these people were meant to help people into work, seems like she doesn’t care. Aibu to complain or is there no point

With the question thing, she thinks I’m still doing the back to work programme with Restart but that’s ended now and I’ve told her 3 or more times this but she keeps asking me if I’m still on it

Her job is to get you off benefits. She really doesn't care if that means getting a job or getting sanctioned.

Well, the job description of a work coach is
-to provide personalised support to help you find work and stay in secure employment.

but it’s been the complete opposite to be honest
