Would you tip movers? And if so how much? They came in and packed everything as this an international move so they have to pack it for insurance purposes. It’s been 2 days 9am until 3pm.

No, I wouldn't.
But I rarely tip anyone.
Businesses should request a fair price for the job, and pay their staff appropriately.
I don't like the expectation a very small number or workers have that thy can quote you one price and then expect you to pay something different.
