DC is 5 and both DH and I work full time. It is lovely being a parent but I feel like am only managing 50% work and 50% parenting. My job just doesn't lends itself to part time nor can we afford it. Five years in and am exhausted. I've never performed as badly at work, and it's not like am the greatest parent of all time. Just exhausted of failing at it all.
