Should I go from low to no contact with my mother?

I have been low contact for years because my mother annoys me and creeps me out so much, a lot of people don't uinderstand and think I am just being difficult.

I recently had a health scare that resulted in an emergency operation (one that was really gross as well). The next day, my mother arranged to visit me in hospital and got lost. In my hospital gown, though I could barely stand, I had to give her directions for an hour and a half (I kid you not) as she had a complete maltdown and panic attack, walking around in circiles outside and inside the hospital. She is deaf, I had to speak loudly and this really irritated my throat because of the tubes for the operation. At one point I even had to soothe her as she was having a meltdown in the street somewhere.

Once I got better, I called her out on it and she said nothing happened, that I shouldn't have helped her and that I was overbearing. She stayed on the phone because (I quote), "you would have got angry if I had tried to find my own way".

Should I consider going from low to no contact?
