This is the wording of the agreement written by the mediator, for May half term:

Our proposal is that CL spends Monday to Friday with A and the weekend according to her normal pattern.

If CL is due to be with parent B at the weekend, when would you expect CL's time with Parent B to begin?

What if I were to say 9.30 am Friday?

I would assume it means whenever the weekend parent picks up in term time - Friday after school? Saturday morning?

Friday is not a weekend day. At the earliest I would say after school Friday.

I would say Sat morning so I guess there would have to be some negotiation if a Friday contact was expected by parent B.

I'd assume Friday after school. Not Friday morning

Just seen that it's for half term so school not relevant here, I'd still think Friday afternoon though.

The weekend contact would start the same time as every weekend when there is contact. So after school Friday, / Saturday morning, whatever time.

It is obvious CL is used as the initials for the child.

They won't be at school because it the arrangement for May half term.
I am guessing they normally do EoWeekend with A snd rest of time with B
The agreement says they spend Mon-Fri of half term with A.
And sounds like first weekend with A and second weekend with B

In which case weekend starts whenever a weekend with B would normally start.

If that's not the case, I would say definitely not before 12 on Friday, but more like later in evening
