He will appeal. It's still good news but this isn't over. His base don't give a damn that's he's crooked. This will only serve to incite them further. There is zero proof that Biden has done a single same thing criminal.

If prosecutors decide he's commit a crime, and when a grand jury agrees then charges will be filed. That's the system.

I don't think it will help him win the election. Despite what his campaign say, elections are won and lost by the middle. Existing Trump lovers will love him all the more. Floating voters will be turned off.

If the Republican Party chose him as their Presidential candidate, more fool them.

He's unlikely to be given a custodial sentance for a first offence, although there are three other criminal trials pending, including the incitement, which lead to storming the Capitol.

The important thing is that he is now a convicted felon so less electable.

He's absolutely awful but sadly all his supporters will see this as a conspiracy to stop him running for president. I do have to say that if I was an American I would be totally disillusioned by the choice of presidential candidates.
