I am hopeful he spends some time in jail, I think it would be a pretty strong justification that there reason to believe would not respect any other measure (basically anything where he has any sort of choice, he will piss all over it).

But even if not... this means for all the OTHER cases coming up, he no longer has the 'no previous convictions' status, which means sentencing is likely to be much harsher.
