I'm unwell just now, possible post viral fatigue. Normally I just neck a daily multi vitamin. Now I am reading and being told about all these other things I should be taking and I'm getting so confused!
Multivitamins and extra supplements?
Separate supplements? Which ones?! Where from? What dose? Apparently the ones you can get in the shops are crap, so get them online! Where from? You need x to help absorb y...take them in the morning/ at night/ separately/ together...my head is spinning!
I appreciate everyone is different and needs different supplements. I'm mainly looking to improve energy levels and immune system.
If I wanted advice on this, who should I ask? A nutritionist? My GP?
Any pointers would be great
