OMG I'd go nuts!!! What was he thinking?!

Next time he has a shower, turn the stopcock off and say "oh, sorry - forgot you need water to wash"

Actually, I think that's quite funny (and probably still would if it happened to me). I'd make him clean it up, tho.

Unless of course she was using oil paints or acrylics. In which case I would be somewhat annoyed.

I thought mine was bad enough when he "forgets" to put a coat on a baby in December or a bib on him when he's in the highchair....

I like Nobiggy's suggestion! Men have this amazing ability to completely ignore everything that is going on around them and then wonder why we get so annoyed. I would have made him clear it up as well.
