Head South East on blar blar road. I don't frigging know which way South East is - I forgot my trusty compass. The only place I'd know that for would be a place I knew really well and if I was there I wouldn't need Google Maps in the blinking first place. AIBU or is Google maps just shit?

I find it amazing that people don't know the rough direction they're travelling in, but I appreciate I'm very much in the minority 🤣

Don't bother with Waze, it's rubbish.

Love Waze, saved me getting stuck on the M42 a few months ago

Always found Google maps to be much better. It's a sample of few though.

Anecdata only but I did a journey at the weekend and compared both, Waze saved me 5 minutes by showing a way to avoid some roadworks, Google maps just showed me the 5 minute delay
