What is this???

Found in my front garden this morning. It's surprisingly light, not heavy at all. Can't see anything on the house that looks similar. Suppose someone might have thrown it over, but the ring doorbell didn't see anything and why would they?? It's driving me mad! Any ideas???

Could it be a guttering bracket that’s fallen off ?

That was my first thought but it's at the front of the house and there's no guttering there, the guttering is at either side of the house. I bet I'll just never know!

Is it about 3 inches long - hard to tell size

My guess would be it's from a bike rack which fell off into the road and someone slung it into your garden because your garden was there.

OH is an engineer (works with metal). He says it's some kind of bracket.
