Swimming lessons

My daughter was at swimming lessons for two years and in this time she passed two levels. The teacher left and so she started lessons at a new place with different criteria. I had the chance to watch her properly today and most kids in her class are still in arm bands. She was confident in the water.
I can check her progress online and she has passed 2/6, 2 more she has nearly passed. The other 2 require practice. These 2 haven't been updated since 2nd March. Would I be unreasonable to phone and find out why? I don't want to be that parent, but I think she is more capable than the level she is at.

How old is she?
It sounds like she’s in the wrong group for her ability. I’m surprised kids have arm bands on, my DD’s swimming class has no arm bands at all when starting.
For context my DD is 7 and has just got her 50 metre badge but it’s taken her a while to get it as she lacks stamina!

She is 6. I said arm bands, but they are a float version. She didn't have any when she started at the other lessons and I don't think she had them for the first lesson here. Dad took her to the first one. I will ring them and ask about moving her I think. Thanks for replying.
