Second job interviews

I've been in my job as a purchase ledger assistant, which i walked into, for a few years. I'm coming up to 59 years old & am thinking about a better work life balance. It's quite good where I am, 8 til 4 & not too far to travel. Good holiday allowance, Bupa etc. It's quite high pressured due to the volume of work but easy enough. Don't know whether to stick it out for my final phase of my working life or go for something else.
I've spotted a vacancy for a purchase ledger assistant at quite a high profile company. It's hybrid, they're trialling the 4 day week so looks really good. It's just the interview process is such a faff. Apply online, have a video "interview" where you're not actually having a real life chat with anyone but you're recording your answers. Then first interview, then second interview. I mean by the second interview what is there left for them to know about you, and more to the point what is there left for you to ask them, what intelligent questions should you be asking at the second interview? I know I'll have asked all mine at the first.
There's no chance of going part time at my place, there's too much work. I couldn't cope with job share either, as I look after my own company within the group & I'd be forever checking what my counterpart has done on my days off.
Is it too much of a faff at my age to change. I'm obviously out of touch with the recruitment process & although there shouldn't be I bet there's still a lot of age discrimination out there

Only you can say whether it's too much faff for you OP. Everyone's different.
