To think big breast & regular running isn’t compatible?

I have fairly big breasts E cups (with implants) and I have recently completed the Couch to 5k, which I absolutely loved and wanted to continue, except my boobs are just full of aches and pains (not when actually running but afterwards)

So im wondering whether bigish boobs and regular running just isn’t compatible? Google seems to suggest this too as i’ve read the breast tissue can become irreversibly damaged with too much strenuous bouncing.

I wear the shock absorber ultimate sports bra.

Does anyone have any sports bra recommendations I can try before giving up on running? 🥲

Look at KnockerLocker, they only do sports bras and have a great range of bigger bust sports bras. I find their fitting advice always spot on and have some great brands- Panache, Elomi, Enell.

Bestselling bigger bust sports bra range | Elomi | Enell | Panache

Bigger bust sports bra collection from best-selling brands: these bras will actually give you the support you need. Cups to JJ and back sizes to 46.

Surely if you need two bras you're wearing the wrong size?

I am a runner, one bra is fine and not even a fancy one. Just good move at M&S.

I'm 36 GG and a runner. Yes to two bras. One needs to be underwires and ultimate support - the other needs to be a zip up front one.
M&S used to have good sports bras but they're just not as good anymore. The quality has gone down hill.
Panache bras are great with Champion zip bra over the top.

I used to wear 2 bras, then I discovered the enell.

Nothing moves when I've got them secured in that.
