We have a regular subscription paid monthly which I don't check any more but rely on it coming out of my account.
Had an email last week telling me that the last two months payments failed so I need to pay both in full and the subscription was cancelled. I have called my bank but they haven't cancelled it and the account is always in credit do they said the error must be with the other persons bank or the company cancelled it.
I've explained this via email but they've said "whatever the banks have decided between them" it's now been cancelled so I just have to pay. Its such a strange turn of phrase! I think it should be looked into. I feel like I'm being passed off.
