How does one manage these type of bosses? She talks a lot! She reflects how this contributes to her doing the role we do and how it compliments it. Although shes not front line anymore (I am), I find our meetings can go on for much longer than needed. She also has a knack for bringing up things that have already been dealt with. I find she can be quick to assumptions and is very risk averse meaning she has a tendency to catastrophise, which imo has caused more harm. I am now learning how to manage her more effectively but I'm interested in how others would manage this type of boss?
