My neighbour claims my children's noise split her and her husband up and she will report me to social work for "out of control children" what steps then happen from social work?

Back ground: her and her husband have been labelled as "too sensitive tenants". They have noise level equipment in their house, which has NEVER said there is too much noise from my children

They bang up and report me for hoovering it's that ridiculous. They moan and complain if the children giggle. They were so pissed off I had an Easter egg hunt in my own garden (not shared with them)

They are miserable horrible people.

She claims I make her husband (traveller) leave for majority of the week because the kids are too loud.

We are our majority of the time. Two of my children go to school 9-3 and the youngest nursery all morning. I then take him places in the afternoon. We are in the house 3-7 for their bedtime but at 6 ish we wind down.

Each weekend I take them out majority of the weekend.

Neither of my neighbours work. They are in the house 24/7. They have a little dog that is never walked.

They have two children of their own yet I've never once seen them go in days out or even be in the garden when it's sunny together.

They shout and argue 24/7

She has attempted in the past to report me to social work saying the kids are neglected. My housing officer stepped in said not a chance. Kids well loved. Very happy house is full of love etc.

She will report it anonymously the only thing she can say is "they are out of control or I let them run wild" by being children.

What steps are next? Do they phone me? Come out to visit?

More background: her husband comes out to the communal area between our houses to stare at me. He does this non stop. I've so many police reports about him being creepy. Taking photos of me. Following me etc. I just have no proof on camera etc.

Given your housing officer is aware I’d ask about the feasibility of moving. A ball ache and you shouldn’t have to, but I couldn’t live like this

She sounds bat crap crazy and I would counter report her for harassment or whatever legal terms fits
