Renting multiple properties with agent

Hi ,

I moved into a rental property about 9 months ago and now am having to leave as the landlord is selling due to ill health. I move out Wednesday and have not secured a new rental property.

I’m due to view a property with the same agency I’ve been renting from on Monday. From a drive round, look at plans and area it will most likely be acceptable.

Is it possible / unreasonable to ask the agent to bypass /skip the credit reference check as I only did it a short while ago with them and my details/ earnings are the same etc except I’m due pay rise and bonus. I won’t have a new address once I leave this property so I ideally need to wrap up the new property asap.

The estate agent manager has already said they would rent to me again and provide a good reference. They are also talking to new landlord this weekend re my situation.

Im not sure what I can do otherwise as I won’t have a new address to give them.
