Proposed rent increase from my landlord. I won’t put the amounts but have worked it out and it’s a 54% increase in 3 years since I moved in. Does this seem excessive? It also seems to make it higher than other 2 bedroom houses in the area that have been advertised in recent months but there is currently none available and they get snapped up quickly. Not sure what I’m going to do
