to think that most people wouldn't want to have their moustache waxed in the entrance hall of Debenhams

Hmmm - doesn't sound very professional or client centred to me. I certainly wouldn't go there!

thefunkypea · 01/04/2008 20:24

sounds v strange - they're not going to do a roaring trade on moustache waxing i wouldn't have thought!

BettySpaghetti · 01/04/2008 20:28

or bikini waxings

I do mine at home, there is NO WAY i'd have it done in a stores hallway

This has made my eyes water. I waxed my "mo" at home for the first time yesterday.....It's still numb.....I think I took off a layer of skin.
But, in relation to OP, seems a bit odd to have something quite personal dealt with in such a public way

KTP - I used to do it at home, never got any hair off but nicely managed to take at least two layers of skin off each time, it was bloody awful. I get it done in a salon now, it hardly even hurts and any redness has gone by the time I get home, where as doing it myself it took about a week for it all to go down!
