should not steal my milk?

Especially when I suspect the thief was the person who came to collect something I offered on freecycle.

In the normal scheme of things a pint of milk isn't that much, but I have none left and could murder a coffee. In fact, without the coffee there's a good chance that anybody encountering me will be murdered.

Aaaarrrrrggggghhhh!

Blimey, do you get yours delivered by a milk man then? I would love to have ours delivered, it's so quaint!

cornsilk · 01/04/2008 13:44

Very cheeky. I can't survive without a coffee.

ImflightbutIcantlogintoday · 01/04/2008 13:47

Oh this is awful, I had a weird frined who kept turning up a few months ago and I swear she took ours

Well out of order.
Have you any formula sachets in the cupboard?

Icky but it is better than nothing

madmuggle · 01/04/2008 13:47

Do indeed have milkman, as am so blinking scatty I forget to buy it when out and about

I'm hoping it was just a blip on the part of the milkman, as if it was the person collecting the freecycle stuff I shall lose a little faith in the nature of the scheme.

having a milkman is brill, we used to have to go to the shop at stupid oclock nearly every night before we got ours. have only had 1 pint missing and have been using him well over a year now

madmuggle · 01/04/2008 14:41

I had a spate of missing pints for a few weeks a year or so back when a nasty little scrote moved into a flat next door, but as and when he was booted out of the property (three cheers for an HA with balls) it stopped. This is the first incident since then

dunno

i reckon if you are stealing a pint of milk, you might be desperate

if you get your milk in plastic cartons, freeze a pint for emergencies or keep a carton of long life in stock

BetteNoir · 01/04/2008 14:45

You could always make a coffee without milk.

madmuggle · 01/04/2008 18:05

lulumama, it's glass bottles and full fat for the kids. The tiny one has manages okay as I have formula in in case of emergencies, however the elder has a funk on because there were no weetabix this morning. I feel she may be sacking me tonight

BetteNoir, ew!
