Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

D - fish cake with veggies, raspberry turnover for dessert

Breakfast- bread, butter, honey and walnuts
Lunch- besan pithla and bread and butter
Dinner- ham salad (cucumber, celery, peppers, cherry tomatoes, apple, potato salad) and then summer fruit crumble tart.

B: One small slice of sour dough bread with butter and a scrambled egg. Some chopped radish leaves.

L: an entire pack of crab sticks and a wispa bar.

D: a few stuffed vine leaves, salad and chicken.

Loads of water.

B - crackers with peanut butter

L - 3 small pieces french bread, 3 stuffed bell peppers, half small cheese slice. Some homemade rock cake. Bag of skips.

D - 1 pot roast chicken. 1 leg of chicken, potatoes, carrots and parsnips. Gravy.
Small bag salted and sweet popcorn. 3 Malteser truffles.

Snacks - peach, 1 large choc button and 3 small crackers.

Lots of pepsi max and squash.

I had far too may peaches and too much rye bread but it needed using up and I can't abide waste.

S two homemade wholemeal strawberrry jam doughnuts

D not sure. Just had some more yoghurt, a nectarine and some grapes while I think about it. Was supposed to be a goats cheese and onion tart and Padron peppers but I just can't be arsed. Kids have had leftover lasagne from last night and the man is poorly.

I really enjoy this thread!

I'm on a high protein diet. I've lost 17 kilos over the past year. I'm hoping to shift another 15.

B: rye bread toast with low fat marg and mashed avocado. Marmite.

2 cups of coffee

L:chicken salad. With a spoon of humus.

D: chicken livers salad and shredded beetroot.

I also did 20 laps of the pool.
