Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Brunch:fruit salad with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes and cherries
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast

Snacks: dry roasted peanuts, bit of cheese and bread, gingernut biscuit

Dinner: roasted peppers, aubergine, mushroom and halloumi with an olive roll.

D: Veggie chilli & rice with coriander, creme fraiche, jalapenos
S: 2 squares dark chocolate

Drinks: yorkshire tea, peppermint tea, water

@ZoomDoomZoom happy belated Eid! The lamb shanks sound amazing! 🤤

Yesterday I had another homemade pb cookie with a tea and 2 sugs
Half a Pitta stuffed with feta, lettuce, onions,tarama, cucumber and hummus.

Dinner was fish pie (charlie bighams) with peas and carrots
2 white wines
Can of cherry coke

Today lacking inspiration big time. Fancy something spicy tho!

Dinner - Turkish style chickpea stew with tahini yogurt dressing and poached eggs
Drinks: Eight cups of tea, two Diet Cokes

Today:
Lunch - Greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, tahini
Dinner - Six course tasting menu at Six By Nico
Drinks - Six cups of tea, a gin & tonic, a cocktail, five glasses of wine, sparkling mineral water

Breakfast today- bread rolls, butter and blackberry jam
Lunch- besan pithla (I accidentally bought a 5 kilo bag of gram flour online thinking it was a .5 kilo bag and now I have a lot of gram flour to eat) with rice, apple
Dinner- all the end of veg from the fridge with a potato, tin of tomatoes and some herbs in the slow cooker to make soup.

Home made slow cooker veggie stew made with Quorn "chicken" chunks, potato, carrot, onion, yellow pepper, chestnut mushrooms and on the vine tomatoes, plus a tin of chopped tomatoes, thickened with cornflour, and seasoned with dried mixed herbs and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, plus a good squeeze of garlic and tomato puree, and a shake or two of Maggi. All served with crusty white bread, washed down with white wine.

Blue Riband bar, one original, one hazelnut.

B - 2 boiled eggs and a slice of Parma ham on a slice of sour dough toast with sriracha. Tea x 2.

L - Bagel with blue cheese & salad. Packet of chickpea crisps.
2 plain digestives. Tea. Water.

D - 2 small cod fillets in breadcrumbs, brown rice, broccoli, corn on the cob.
Cornetto ice cream. Water.

Snacks - date & peanut bar. 1 slice of toast & PB. Camomile tea.

L: 2 fried eggs, 2 rashers bacon, spinach, mayo, chilli flakes, in a wrap
S: 2 tunnocks tea cakes
D: Salmon fillet with roast veg (pepper, courgette, red onion, tomatoes)

Drinks: Tea, water, chai latte

Dinner- soup again with cheese on. Rice pudding and blackberry syrup.

Breakfast - porridge/banana
Lunch - bit of a mish mash as I'd not got any salad left so had some leftover sesame chicken followed by a pudding of yoghurt and mixed berries with some seeds
Dinner - new recipe out of Hugh FW's latest book - sausage and lentil casserole with loads of veg in it. Very tasty.

Dinner- Lidl battered cod, chips in the chip pan and mushy peas, half a jelly the child didn't want and some Nestle Crunch chocolate.
