So many gorgeous dresses with no arm cover! Why ! Surely a lot of women don't like their arms and would prefer some coverage.

Aibu to think I could have toned arms by Aug for a wedding in south of France

Well my arms are spectacular at 46. I started using weights 10 yrs ago.

And I do weights hiit (bodyfit by amy) yoga, planks, pilates, and front crawl. You are not unreasonable, you do need to put your mind to it though.

I search for racer back vests 😊

Thanks. It's the only bit of me I like 😁

OP yes I get it. When I had a PT she asked me what my goal was, and I said 'to wear a sleeveless top and feel good about it'.
One day I will.

Start with Ageless Arms by Rebecca Louise on YouTube. You don't need weights. She's very chatty but you can have the volume low.

Then try Olivia Lawson's walk and tone workouts, then her dumbell ones.

I reckon you'll feel and see a difference by August!

I feel like this is just something most women are programmed not to like.
I went wedding dress shopping a couple of months ago, and I was absolutely adamant that I wanted a dress with sleeves because I hated my arms and wanted to hide them. The lady in the shop says almost every bride says the exact same thing!
I tried on some dresses with sleeves and they actually drew more attention to my arms than ones without sleeves!

Or you just embrace your arms. What can your arms do? Can they lift? Can they carry?
