I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do, I had my hair done at the salon a few weeks ago and noticed a few hours after I left that there was banding in my hair - long story short I was a very light blonde prior and my natural colour is dark brown - I had some faded red in my hair prior to this colour due to previous salon visits where I wanted a red shade and some banding from where the hair dresser had messed up before…
so on my most recent visit I explained I did not want to be as red and wanted a more copper colour and also mentioned I was unhappy with the banding which she said she would fix via a bleach bath… so when I went out into daylight I noticed the bleach bathing had just made the banding worse…
not sure what to do - do I go back? Do I fix it myself as I’ve done my own hair for years (not a hairdresser) or am I being unreasonable to not do anything and just visit another hair salon without giving her a change to fix it.. I’m just a bit annoyed as this cost £130.
