Please could someone with Vinted knowledge help me?
Bought some jeans described as new without tags and never worn.

They arrived today and have clearly been worn!
Pulls in the fabric and some stains 🤢

I messaged seller who has said ‘I can send it back if I want’
But that will cost me £

Please wise mumsnetters, I would welcome your advice as to what I do as I’m new to Vinted!

The seller can choose to pay for the postage you don't necessarily have to pay for it. If the seller refuses to pay i would raise a case with Vinted by clicking 'i have an issue with this item'

Click "I have an issue" and this will pause the transaction as otherwise Vinted automatically release the payment after 48 hours. Then contact Vinted services with photos and explain the situation.

Did you click there's an issue on Vinted?

I had this recently - a white blouse that was anything but white. The seller sent me a label so that I could return it. I had said to her that I would be out of pocket so she sent it.
