It's becoming very expensive to get streaming services like Netflix without ads.

If you pay £8 a month for Netflix you still see adverts. I think this is terrible!

People shouldn't be forced to watch adverts if they are paying for services.

I'm a firm believer in paying for content, but this is just going to encourage more people to use illegal pirating websites.

Netflix totally overextended themselves investing in their homegrown content and are now playing catch-up to refill the coffers and one of the ways they are doing that is by experimenting with price models. I’m not keen on paying their current rates and they email me all the time about resuming the service, but they’ve done nothing to entice me back as someone who paid for the service for five years. I can’t see anything changing for a while.
