To not want to be kept awake?

I hear my mother and stepdad 'at it' every night. I used to be lying in bed around 10pm which is when it would start so i've started to delay my bedtime to a time when I can hear them snoring which is around 1am, however, tonight they have been talking loudly upstairs til now because they had an argument so I couldn't get to sleep and now they are at it, really loudly. I'm so fed up!

Could you maybe listen to some music or something when you go to bed. There is nothing worse than being kept awake.
