Less of an AIBU I think but more of a what would you do.
I have 2 cleaners once a week. (Occasionally one of them for 2 hours) doing my downstairs. Pretty much every week there is something I'm not happy with. Services not been dusted, still crumbs by toaster, floors dusty. Also there is always a musty smell like the mop isn't clean or something. Also today's visit was 48 minutes so it's not like they're running out of time.
I'm the worst person ever to deal with confrontation so how do I deal with this. I always loads with the owner regarding payments and cleans. I'm in a small town and need to tread carefully. Please hit me with your tips.
