Flea bites?!

I’ve just moved into a new house and I have several of these kind of marks around my ankles and lower legs and on my feet. They’re occasionally itchy. Does anyone know if they look like flea bites?!

Looks and sounds like it to me. Indorex is your friend.

Literally put the torch on on your phone and go from room to room, inch by inch, throughout the floors in the house bent down looking for them. Have a roll of sellotape in a dispenser at hand to trap anything you find (the edge of an iPhone is great to press down and roll over them to make them pop and die).
If after this you've found more than a couple the easiest thing to do is pay for the council to come out and spray. You can't hoover for a month but if you still find live ones they'll spray again without further cost.
In the meantime, wash all bedding as hot as you can and anything else that is soft and close to the floor.

As a PP mentioned, Indorex can help but really only if it's a mild infestation. You can spray it inside your hoover.

Sadly not every council has this service 😕

Is it a rented house? If so this sounds like a landlord problem to me.

Definitely Indorex. Spray generously over carpets and all the edges. Leave an hour before hoovering. It rapidly kills fleas AND stops eggs from hatching. You can repeat this if infestation is bad, if not you only need to spray yearly but I spray house twice yearly as I have cats that like to go out. Vetuk do there own make of household flea spray which is cheaper than Indorex and just as good. Your picture suggests to me that you may only have a small infestation. Your feet and legs would be smothered in bites otherwise😬
