I'm assuming Wragge - already decided to stand down - is carrying the can for a load of Tory sex dodginess that can all be filed away under the umbrella of 'its all Wragge'qs fault that my willy fell out of my trousers and my phone took a photo by mistake' and that's why he's been treated gently.
